Trying to reach live person to talk about service under warranty

I have tried for several weeks to talk to a representative in reference to service warranty. I have called in the early morning, midafternoon, and later in day only to receive a recorded message. My smoker is still under warranty, yet I cannot get through to a live person. In my opinion, the warranty isn't much good if you can never get service. I have purchased 3 of the same Lexington smokers for myself and two other family members. Guess I made a poor choice in smokers,

Missing parts

Smoker not working properly

Smoker won't smoke gets to hot. Go to call customer service and get the same message. And you can't get though to anything.

Error code problem

My grill up and running

Bad customer service

Called could not get through, it is call out only they will call you back. Rep called was not by unit but wants me to do all the test and then try and call back and wait for them to call me back. I can just order the parts on Amazon and fix the problem and be done instead of wasting all my time trying to figure out what is going on. I have diagnosed the problem already. Has not worked correctly since the day I bought it temperature very erratic.

User's recommendation: Find a better product. Customer service sucks.

Need code for 25%discount after I register my grille

called about a question the recording said high volume of calls leave #will return call with in 24 hours that was 4 days ago went online to order a cover from pit boss the only showed you could get them from WALMART and they showed they were out of stock

Bad ignighter

I bought a pit boss verticals pbv4 and the ignighter keeps going out I have to totally take it apparat to fix it customer service has been great but this is the second time in less than 3 months Im starting to regret buying this unit I have cooked on it several times and dam near every cook has had an issue

Hi, I have purchased this new # PBV4PS2 Pitboss Vertival Pro smooker from Rona last week and assemble it and found out that all grill finish are chipped Not only one grill but all of them If needed, I can send picture of these four grill which has defect chipped finish and I can sennd invoice copy as well. Please note that I am holding the power button for 3 second to turn it off but holding the power on for 3 second to turn it on does not work, I have to hold power for 3 second and slide my finger verticaly to turn the electronic smoker controler on

Pit boss needs help!

Pit boss needs help To say the least. Used my pit boss 3 times and the digital display quit working. Called Pit boss customer service if you could call at that four times the recording said they would contact me by the end of the day that was three weeks ago sorry But I shouldve bought a Traeger!! Basically what I have is a hunk of tin that I cant use.

I gave 4 stars because it took months to get the part. They said it wouldn't take long, but there was a little back ordered, so a few weeks. It took a few months. When I'd call, they had no idea, but new ones kept coming. All this was COVID'S fault and I don't believe it because new one's kept coming. That was more important, since they made money. I was a warranty. Pit Boss grills are GREAT and we love them. We have 2 one at home and one where he works.

Grill issues

Been trying to call fire three days and i can't get through. Ice tried to reset my password ACD it never sends me the link although it says its been set. My grill over Heated the last time i used it and burnt most of the finish of my grill. When I turned it back on it have me an L01 code then an ERR code and will not power on after that. I would like to be contacted so i can figure out what my options are being my grill is still under warranty. I would like to add I'm not a pissed customer...i would just like to solve this issue.. Been three more days and I'm still unable to contact them.

Replacement part

Hello, my name is Jason. I have a 4 year warranty on my grill bought from Walmart and need my electric ignitor replaced. Even with a new battery it will not even click of pop. I even tried a brush on the igniters to clean any potential gristle or dirt with no luck. I would need everything from the push button battery switch with the wires leading to the 3 ignitor contacts. Thanks much and please call with any questions.

My replacement parts

Still haven't received parts and been tryin to call for 3 days with no anwcer

Called weeks ago ,bought a new smoker and it caught on fire on forth use and got some parts but not all, put new parts on that i have received and know it wont turn on at all., i need someone to call me so i can get it returned, all this time and and its been used 4 times for 600 dollars, definitely not woth the money...!!
