Control panel and heat probe

Spoke with a pleasant and helpful service rep who discussed the issue of my grill continuing to heat despite heating control set at smoke. A new control panel is being sent out and will hopefully resolve the problem.

3 Burner Griddle Cover

I ordered and paid for a cover for my griddle on June 12th and now it is Sept 20 and still no cover. I talked to one of your reps almost 2 weeks ago and requested a refund and he told me it was processed and I should see the refund on my Paypal Acct. in a day or so. I am extremely tired of being lied to many times, I want some resolution please. Either give me the cover or give me my money back this has gone on long enough.

Had a grill. They send me parts i put them on. Finally they send me a new grill. I had already got a different brand. So the new one they sent i havent used a whole lot. Well this one has quit. Called pitboss about the grill. Guess what they lost all my info about the other grill. Convenient right!! After calling them about the new problem with the new grill said we will send a new part. Havent got that yet. This company is crap!! Never will i buy there product.

Issue with new smoker

I purchased a smoker online. It does not work properly. It takes more than twice as long to smoke meat than any other smoker. They refuse to acknowledge something is wrong and won't refund. Getting a hold of customer service has been very difficult. I just lost $800. Don't waste your money.
