Bad customer service

I am extremely disappointed with my experience purchasing a Pit Boss Grill. The companys return policy is a complete nightmare.

Once youve bought the item, youre essentially stuck with it, as they do not allow returns without charging you hefty return fees. On top of that, the burden of handling everythingfrom arranging the return to covering all shipping costsfalls entirely on the customer.
This level of customer service is unacceptable. A company that doesnt stand behind its products and makes the return process this difficult does not deserve anyones business. I strongly urge anyone considering a purchase to look elsewhere.

Save yourself the hassle and frustration. Do not purchase from Pit Boss!

I dont remember the name of the rep but she was absolutely fantastic. Im very happy with the experience.

It was literally the easiest costumer service call Ive ever been on.

I 100% recommend not only the grill but calling costumer service as well. I really appreciate the professional help from our rep.
