Customer service

Igniter failed. Spent two days trying to reach customer service. Finally had to do chat and even that took over an hour for a rep to join. They said igniter was in stock and would be sent out immediately. Week later still waiting for it to arrive. Have the email showing it will be sent and an email will go out when sent. Not even sure the igniter will fix it but have to wait and see if it ever arrives

Customer service horrible

Waiting to hear from Pit-Boss on getting a new board for my smoker. Should have been done a week ago and I have not heard anything from the company. The smoker is under warranty, so there should be no questions.

High heat error.

My igniter does not work and when I start it manually, I get high heat error, I have replaced the auger and the fan. I cannot find a local repair shop. I think it is still under warranty. Please advise

i ordered a control board for my pit boss. the various models one for 89.99 through affirm. i received it an plugged it all up an had it secured to the grill an it doesnt turn on, the LED screen lit up once and then never has since. was curious if i need to return it for another or have one shipped again. the old control board worked but was way out of date an old but worked an the smoker works so i know it has to be the new control board not working

I have been on hold for over an hour

Im trying to get a replacement part for my pit boss XL have been on hold for an hour without speaking to anyone then I get asked to give a review about your service and wasnt even connected to a representative my grill is just two years old and the display doesnt work and wont even turn on this is my second grill in two years the first one right out of the box didnt work the Auger Motor would not feed pellets Im really thinking pit boss isnt as good as advertised

Pellet grill will not power up

i received my pellet grill 480 for my birthday in mid Aug. and first part of Sept its hard to turn on. I have to push the power button many times before it will turn on. please advise thank you.

Unit is a Pit Boss 2 burner PB336GS flat top griddle After required griddle seasoning the left main burner tube was found to be broken and after a hassle to even get to a live customer service rep, was told parts were out of stock and on back order with no availability in sight.

User's recommendation: Keep in mind they have no parts to warranty a brand new unit.

Grill is broken

Nobody will answer. The grill is garbage. Broke after 3 months. The auger won't turn. It's impossible to clean. They don't answer phone calls, the live chat doesn't go through. Now I have a 100lb piece of worthless metal to haul to the dump. Buy Traeger or Camp Chef.

Wrong part recieved

I spoke with PitBoss customer service last week. Needed a new control board, I was sent the wrong one. Gave him the model number and serial number of my unit. Please advise how to send wrong g control panel and receive the correct one? Thank you. Suzanne Norwood As of 9-9-2022 issues still not resolved. Can not reach customer service nor receive a call back. DO NOT RECOMMEND PIT BOSS

Hubby is having the same issue but he cannot get customer service to answer during the times it says to call them. His control board does not show any numbers anymore. Really tired of runaround.

It’s ridiculous not to be able to stay on hold until you can get some help. That is not good customer service. Our local dealer does not have the parts that we need for our barbecue. We need to speak with Pit Boss

Unit is 14 months old.Power button works intermittently. Had a fire in pellet hopper after shutting the unit down. Melted all the paint inside the pellet hopper, and plastic auger bushing. Customer service told me to buy a can of paint and purchase a new bushing.

Where is my new pit boss platinum laredo 1000 serial number

just finished setting up new PB grill and was going to register, but all I can find under "Serial Number" on the back on the hopper is a cheap white paper label bar code with 11 to 12 numbers, I was afraid to pull off the paper label to see if the serial number was under the sticker on the foil main hopper sticker PLEASE HELP !
