Stuck auger multiple times Sheared pin for auger multiple times Thermometer broke Igniter broke And now labor day and no power to it

Broken smoker

Used my smoker twice, now it won't turn out without an error code. Went to the manual, then the website to fix it. Did not work so I've been trying to contact their customer service for 2 WEEKS!! Can not get ahold of anyone, tried numerous numbers and nothing. Smoker was nice the two times I actually got to use it.

Poor customer service.

Pit Boss - Poor customer service.
Electronic board malfunction. Cant connect to Bluetooth. Tried calling numerous times only to hear well call you back by the end of the work day, which NEVER happened!! Worse customer service I have had in a long time. Would recommend buying elsewhere. They are sending a new board for my husband to try to install. He's not an electrician!!

Keeps showing a Erh code. can not connect with customer service.

Bluetooth connection does not work.

Pit Boss - Bluetooth connection does not work.
Cant seem to connect my Bluetooth to the grill. After numerous calls with no one answering and as the recording stats, well call you back by the end of the work day, which NEVER happened!! I could not recommend this product to anyone. Now they will be sending us a new board for my husband to reconnect and try to figure out! Hes not an electrician!

User's recommendation: Consider looking elsewhere. I would have bought elsewhere if I had known customer service was so bad.

Error code erp

My grill is displaying the ERP code. Everything Ive read indicates this is due to an improper shut down via power outage or other means. This did not occur with my grill. I have cleaned temperature probes, turn the grill off and disconnected, and I still get the same code. Imagine I will need a new control board but Im hoping for another resolution.

NO customer service

Grill is less than 1 year old. Always stored inside when not being used. Control Panel LCD screen does not work. Can't get Pit Boss Customer Service to answer phone call or live chat so I can request a warranty part. They have an auto reply on their e-mail telling me to contact them via live chat. Feel like a dog chasing my tail. This company is a bad joke! Are they bankrupt and defunct?

Mother board on order for 21/2 months

Warrantee issues

My grill stop working, still have 3 years warrantee on it but can't reach anyone on phone or web site! there s no way to leave a message. its like they don't exist!

I’ve had a non working grill and very unhappy, I’ve owned it since march 26th and haven’t been able to use it and you can’t get ahold of anyone, y’all will hear from the better business bureau
